The iBeLink BM-K1 controller serves as a replacement for defective control boards in the iBeLink™ BM-K1 Blake2S Miner. This product comes in two variants, each compatible with different fan models. To ensure you receive the correct version, please inform us of your cooling fan model, and we will select the appropriate control board for you. The primary function of the control board is to manage the exchange of data with the hash board. A malfunctioning control board can disrupt the miner's operations, making prompt replacement advisable.

Your warranty is provided by Kentino s.r.o., the seller and operator of iBeLink EU. Claims are handled by our own team in Prague — your miner does not travel back to Asia.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use: hashboards, control board, power supply and fans.
Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised modification or third-party firmware, damage from unsuitable power or cooling.
How to make a claim
- Contact us — email info@ibelink.io with your order number, the miner's serial number and a short description of the fault (photos or logs help).
- We diagnose remotely — often a fault can be fixed with a replacement part. We keep control boards, power supplies and fans in stock in Prague and can ship the part instead of the whole machine.
- Send or bring the miner — if the unit needs to come in, we arrange the return shipment, or drop it off at Rostovská 260/2B, Prague (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00, no appointment needed).
- Repair or replacement — we resolve every claim within 30 days.
Proof of purchase is required. Lost your invoice? Contact us — we'll find it by your name or email.
Out-of-warranty repairs
We repair iBeLink miners after the warranty ends too. We always quote the repair before doing any work.
Miners in hosting
If your miner is hosted with Circlehash LLC, on-site technicians handle first-line diagnostics; warranty repairs are coordinated with us.
14-day returns for EU consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU and bought online, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
- Tell us by email (info@ibelink.io) within the 14 days.
- Return the miner complete, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
- We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may wait until the miner is back with us.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases (B2B) or to miners delivered directly into hosting.
End of life
We take back iBeLink miners for recycling once they leave service.

Who are you?
iBeLink EU is an independent European distributor of iBeLink ASIC miners, operated by Kentino s.r.o. in Prague. We buy directly from the manufacturing plant in China. We are not the manufacturer.
Can I visit you?
Yes. Rostovská 260/2B, 140 00 Prague. Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, no appointment needed.
Can I buy from any country or region?
We accept purchases from most countries or regions, but the following are not available for purchase due to logistics restrictions or local policies: Mainland China, Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Somalia, Syria, South Sudan, Yemen, Sudan, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Iran and North Korea.
Is there a warranty?
24 months for EU consumers, 12 months for business buyers. Claims and repairs are handled in Prague. See Warranty and Returns.
Can I return a miner?
EU consumers can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. See Warranty and Returns.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer (EUR/USD), card, crypto — or in person in Prague by cash (up to the Czech legal limit) or bank transfer. See Payment.
Where do you ship from and how fast?
From Prague by DHL Express — 1–4 business days to most EU countries. You can also collect in person. See Shipping.
What happens if a miner is out of stock?
When a pre-order is available, the product page says so and shows the expected shipping date. If there is no pre-order option, the miner is unavailable for now — contact us and we'll let you know when it's back.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes. We can deliver your miner straight into hosting with Circlehash LLC, our contracted hosting provider. Hosting starts at 5.2¢/kWh for miners bought from us. See hosting locations and prices or the hosting platform.
Who maintains a hosted miner?
Circlehash's on-site technicians monitor and service hosted miners. You keep full ownership and remote access, and payouts go to your own wallet.
Hosting FAQ
When will be my miner installed? Do I pay some extra for electricity?
Your ASIC will be installed in few hours. You will pay for the electricity additionally.
How much does the hosting itself cost?
The hosting if for FREE. All the fees are included in the electricity price.
Do you provide some insurance for ASIC miner service life?
Yes, we provide 3 YEARS insurance.
Can be mine Hosting ASIC Miner deliverd to my home?
Yes, we can send your miner to you with 3 month notice period.
Wallet FAQ
How to change my wallet address?
You can set your wallet address only when you are creating your account. If you want to change your wallet address after it was already set, you have to contact our support and they will change it for you after a few simple steps. This procedure is simply because of a safety reasons, so nobody else can change your address except you.
When should I pay my Energy & Fees?
Energy works like subscription. For example you will prepay energy for a month. Every miner has individually their own daily usage of energy and cost fort that will be subtracted everyday from your prepaid energy balance. You just have to check that your energy balance is not $0, if you will not have any Energy & Fees balance left, your miner will be automatically turned off.
Is 0,13 EUR the final price for the electricity and fees?
Yes, the price is final. All the fees are included in the electricity price.
